Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi Osaka, Osaka

The hotel is conveniently located near Shinsaibashi station, offering spacious and well-maintained rooms with friendly service. However, there are issues with cigarette smoke and lack of an elevator nearby. Dining options are mediocre, but the hotel is close to the lively Ameri-Mura district for exploration.

The hotel is located in a superb area, very close to everything we need in the Shinsaibashi district and just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Dotonbori. The rooms, although a bit tight by Japanese standards, were bigger than the usual in Japan; however, they had a very strong smoke smell and were in terrible condition. The service provided was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful, with comprehensible English-speaking skills. The location was excellent, with easy access to Shinsaibashi subway exit 7, making it convenient for exploring the area. On the downside, there were some concerns regarding the room's size and condition.

The hotel had spacious rooms, although the triple room with a window facing the next building was a bit small for the price. The Annex Building, right across from the main building, was cozy but could be more sizeable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were much cleaner and more modern than I expected, and the view of the city was amazing. The size was just right for us. The service was mixed, with helpful gestures but later disappointing behavior. The location was superb with everything conveniently close by. The dining experience was decent considering the price. Overall, a good pick if you want a convenient stay.
